Responsibilities
Assessments to identify skills gaps and areas for development,Designing and implementing human performance development programs, including training, coaching, and mentoring,Evaluating the effectiveness of development programs and making recommendations for improvement.,Collaborating with department leaders to ensure that development programs align with the organisation's goals and objectives,Providing leadership and guidance to a team of trainers and development specialists.
Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies related to human performance development,Manage and maintain HR records through Breathe HR, including contract uploads, right to work, visa expiry tracking, and employee onboarding.,interview and recruitment,Manage performance and capability of employees,Identify skills gaps, and arrange the training and leadership development
Skills Required
HR experience in a UK Sponsor Licence-holding company is essential,Proficiency with Breathe HR software is required,Strong communication ,leadership and organisational skills,Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion,Minimum BA is required,Minimum 3 years experience in HR is required.
